The cottage features a ground floor family room with a king-size double bed and two singles, as well as en-suite facilities, a first floor king-size double room with en-suite basin and WC, a first floor twin room, a first floor single room, and a second floor family room with a king-size double and a single bed with en-suite shower. Additionally, there is a first floor bathroom with a double-ended bath. The cottage also includes a kitchen, utility room, dining room, and a sitting room with a gas fire and balcony. Outside, guests can enjoy a patio with a hot tub and off-road parking.

The amenities at Cae Cerrig include oil central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and an electric fire.
