Ty Coch is a spacious three-storey detached cottage located near the center of Llanberis in Wales, offering accommodation for up to ten people in five bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of a twin and a king-size double on the first floor, as well as a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double, and a twin on the lower ground floor. The cottage also features a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a balcony, and a cloakroom on the ground floor, along with a bathroom, utility, and games room on the lower ground floor. Outside, there is a lawned garden with a decked patio overlooking a stream and off-road parking for four cars, making it an ideal base for families looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park.

The amenities at Ty Coch include gas central heating, a gas living-flame effect fire, an electric range oven and hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the utility room. Additionally, there is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi with fast fibre broadband, a selection of books, games, and DVDs for entertainment. The rental price includes fuel and power, as well as bed linen and towels. Families with young children can make use of the provided travel cot, highchair, and stairgate. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed on the premises. The cottage is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to shops and pubs in the area.
