On the first floor, guests will find another living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The cottage offers luxurious amenities such as WiFi, and the rental price includes electricity and heating. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Outside, guests can enjoy a sun balcony with outdoor furniture, as well as sun terraces with additional seating. Parking is available for 2 large or 3 small cars.

Guests are required to bring their own towels, but bed linen is provided. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the property. Additionally, guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
