The property is a newly renovated Welsh barn conversion with unique features, a games room, and log burners. Situated near Machynlleth in Mid Wales, the cottage offers breathtaking views and is perfect for group get-togethers. The vibrant market town of Machynlleth, just 7 miles away, boasts unique shops, pubs, and cafes, as well as the oldest street market in Britain and the old Welsh Parliament dating back to 1404. Nearby attractions include the beautiful beach at Aberdyfi and Snowdonia National Park, less than 15 minutes away.
The cottage can be divided into two self-contained units – Beudy Tanllan and Ysgubor Tanllan. It sleeps ten in three king, one twin, and one bunk bedroom. The ground floor features two spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining rooms, a large hall with a sitting area, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is one ensuite king bedroom, two king bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bunk bedroom, and two family bathrooms. The kitchens are equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Entertainment options include 2 TVs, DVD players, WiFi, and a Games Room with a pool table, docking station, books, and games.
Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed patio area with stunning views, garden furniture, and a barbecue. There is also an enclosed lawned garden with a play area. Parking is available in the yard, and central heating, electricity, and a starter pack of logs are included. Additional logs can be purchased from the owners. A welcome pack with essentials is provided, and no pets or smoking are allowed inside the cottage. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment. This vacation home is located near attractions such as Tan y Coed, Climachx Mountain Bike Trail, Corris Craft Centre, and King Arthur's Labyrinth.
