Located in the seaside resort of Rhos on Sea near Llandudno, Awel Y Môr is a spacious holiday home that sleeps 10 guests in 6 bedrooms. The property is just a short distance from the sea and within walking distance of local pubs and restaurants. It features a hot tub, open fire, pool table, and cosy wood burner, providing guests with plenty of entertainment options. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and there is a large oak dining table for family meals.

The property has two lounges, a sun lounge, and a utility room on the ground floor, along with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs, there are five more bedrooms, including two king-size beds, a double bed, a twin room, and two single rooms. Guests can enjoy the Jacuzzi hot tub in the rear garden, along with a BBQ and garden shed for bike storage. Off-street parking is available for up to 4 cars.

For families with young children, a cot and highchair are available upon request. The property does not allow pets and is strictly for families only, with no stag/hen parties or other events permitted. Guests are reminded to be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down when using the garden late at night. Bed linen, towels, WiFi, heating, and electricity are included, with an accidental damage deposit or waiver possibly required.

In terms of entertainment, there are two 40-inch TVs, a DVD player, and a full-sized pool table for guests to enjoy. The property is non-smoking, and guests are advised to bring their own towels for the hot tub. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. The location of the vacation home in Colwyn Bay offers easy access to Eryri National Park, Pwllycrochan Woods Local Nature Reserve, and nearby attractions like The Cayley Promenade and Bodafon Farm Park.
