Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. The property also features a large games room. Electric vehicle charging is possible for an additional £25 per week using an outside 13 amp plug (not a rapid charger). Pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises. The village of Llanfair is located between the Rhinog Mountains and Harlech, offering views over Shell Island and Cardigan Bay. Harlech, a World Heritage Site, is 1.4 miles away and is known for its castle and Royal St. David's golf course.
