Luxuries at the property include WiFi, a surround system in the conservatory, and electricity and heating. The kitchen is equipped with a five-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Outside, there is a large shared rear garden with garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as shared lawns in the front with an outside tap and shower. Ample parking is available for cars and boats.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the property. Bed linen is provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. Short breaks are available during low season, and last-minute bookings may be accommodated at other times.
