Situated on the water's edge of Minety Lake, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding lake and wildlife. The property is designed and furnished to ensure guests make the most of their stay, with a modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens up to fantastic lake views.

Guests staying at The Hideout will have access to Lower Mill's award-winning spa, just a short walk away. The property is accepting bookings from October '22 onwards, with weekend bookings available in 2022. While Minety Lake is a new addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes, some areas of the island and wider estate are still undergoing construction. Guests may see construction, machinery, and workers on or around the island during specific hours, so it is advised to abide by any signage relating to construction areas.

The ground floor of The Hideout features a single bedroom (which can be made into a double on request) and a family bathroom. The first floor houses the master double bedroom with an ensuite shower, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, along with another family bathroom. A staircase leads to the property's roof terrace, where guests can enjoy fantastic views over Minety Lake, along with a rooftop hot tub and seating area. Pets are not allowed at this vacation home, which is located near attractions like Bristol Aero Collection and Corinium Museum.
