The estate where the vacation home is located offers 550 acres of private nature reserve, including lakes and rivers, fishing, a tennis court, a children's play area, and a trampoline. The spa at Clearwater Lake features indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gymnasium, spa treatments, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Guests can enjoy non-powered water sports at Somerford Lagoon between April and September, and at Spinney Lake all year round. The vacation home is close to Cirencester and offers good transport links to explore the Cotswolds. The estate does not permit large single-sex parties, and there are restrictions on access to certain areas during specific times to minimize disturbance to wildlife. Children are welcome at the spa if accompanied by an adult, and unlimited use of the spa is included in the holiday package.
