Catalpa Cottage is a gorgeous detached 19th century cottage, with a classic Cotswold look but an interior that has been thoroughly refurbished to ensure modern appeal alongside the traditional ambience.

On first entering the ground floor of Catalpa Cottage, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall with a handy cloakroom with a WC. After this, head through into the inviting sitting room, with a woodburning stove to warm the room and add ambience as well as plenty of light and lovely views from the large windows. Stairs lead downward to a media area, particularly suitable for children.

The fully equipped kitchen offers access to an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, and you can then enjoy a sit-down meal in the dining room, with french doors leading outside to the patio terrace.

Upstairs you'll find a double bedroom with a 5' king-size bed an en-suite shower room, a smaller double bedroom with 5' king-size bed, and a single bedroom with a 3' single bed. There's also a bathroom with shower over bath.

One of the property's real strengths is its huge one-acre private garden. A patio area offers an overlook of the well-kept sloping lawn and two pretty ponds.

Catalpa Cottage is set just a three-minute walk from Tetbury town centre, which with its 17th century Market Hall and independent shops is well worth a visit. The countryside surrounding the town is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, too, so walks, cycling trips, and so on really are a must.
