Situated near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this property features an open fire, making it ideal for long lets. The lodge is surrounded by three natural, reed-edged lakes within the Cotswold Water Park, offering a picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway.
The New England charm of the lodge combined with the Cotswold setting provides a unique British holiday experience with a touch of American style. Families, couples, and groups are all welcome to enjoy the amenities and activities available at the resort. The property is fully equipped for self-catering stays, with a comfortable lounge, large screen TV with Netflix, board games, and high-speed WiFi. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer.
Guests can relax on the large south-facing wrap-around deck overlooking Isis Lake, where they can enjoy outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. The lodge can accommodate 4 adults, with a super king-size bed in the first-floor bedroom, a king-size bed in the top-floor bedroom, and two bathrooms. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen room features three sets of French doors that allow plenty of natural light and fresh air to flow through the space.
For guests' convenience, there is a key safe on the side of the lodge for easy access upon arrival. Minimum bookings of 28 nights are required during March, April, and May, with shorter stays available outside peak times. Discounts are offered for reservations of 5 or more weeks, and a security deposit is required at the time of booking. COVID-19 precautions are in place, with a full refund guaranteed if government restrictions are in place at the time of reservation. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee, and all guests must provide photo ID before check-in. The property does not accommodate stag, hen, or all-male/female groups.
