Ideal for large dinner parties, the cottage features a dining table that seats 18 people and a fully fitted kitchen for self-catering or outside catering options. The property also includes a large garden with a covered patio area and two gas barbecues for outdoor entertaining. For groups of up to 26 guests, Watery Park Barn can be booked alongside Hiron's Piece, providing additional accommodation.

Guests can enjoy a welcome basket of logs, and amenities such as a high chair, travel cot, and stair gate are available upon request. Additional sofa beds can be added for an extra charge, and up to three dogs are welcome at the property, with the possibility of more upon request. It is important to note that while bedrooms five and six are on different levels, there is no door separating the two rooms.
