Longcross Waters at Lakes by Yoo is a luxurious 5-bedroom house located in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, in the heart of England. It sleeps up to 12 guests and is situated near the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property features a swimming pool, open fire, and is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs with prior permission.
The contemporary eco-property was designed by a world-renowned designer and offers stunning panoramic views of the lake through full-height double glazing. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is well-equipped with top-of-the-line Neff appliances, a large dining table for 10, and a comfortable living room with a gas wood effect fire. The property also includes a snug/TV room that can be used as a 5th bedroom, although space is limited.
The bedrooms are spacious and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a deck overlooking Warrens Cross Lake. The master suite boasts a super king-size bed, a sofa bed for children, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with twin beds that can be converted to a super king, and additional sleeping options for children.
Outside, guests can enjoy the deck with outdoor dining, a charcoal BBQ, and double lounge chairs. The property also provides access to the lake with a kayak and paddleboard, although access is restricted from October to March to protect the bird population. The vacation home is located in a rural area on the waterfront, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as kayaking, water skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.
