The Dormers is a stunning detached house located in Ruscombe, Gloucestershire, at the heart of England. It sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms and is situated near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house features an open fire and offers a peaceful retreat with a beautifully landscaped tiered garden overlooking a picturesque Cotswold valley. The house is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to miles of woodland, the Cotswold hills, and the arty market town of Stroud.

Upon entering The Dormers, guests will find a middle floor with one king size bedroom, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The house boasts comfortable beds and stunning views from all bedrooms. The living area includes comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a bathroom that includes a shower and washer and dryer.

The outside space of The Dormers features a tiered garden with a spacious sun terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, as well as a BBQ. Guests can enjoy beautiful lawns, a vegetable garden, and various walks through local woods and to nearby attractions. The village of Ruscombe offers a traditional village shop and a local pub, while Stroud town is known for its eco-friendly initiatives and bustling farmer's market. Nearby attractions include Woodchester Mansion, Slimbridge Bird Sanctuary, Painswick Village, Westonbirt Arboretum, Cheltenham town, and the City of Bath.

House rules at The Dormers include no parties or events, no pets, no unregistered guests, no smoking inside the house, and respecting noise curfew and check-in/out times. Guests are also asked to park only on the driveway, not wear shoes inside the house, take care of furnishings and family heirlooms, do dishes, take out rubbish, and not rearrange furniture or eat/drink in the bedrooms. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75. The vacation home is located in Stroud, offering cultural highlights, attractions, and events for guests to enjoy during their stay.
