During COP26, a minimum stay of 10 nights is required, but shorter stays can be arranged. The modern apartments overlook Glasgow Green, offering comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 5 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. An additional single bed can be added for a 5th person at an extra cost. The apartments feature a bathroom with toilet, wash-basin, and shower, with bedding, towels, and a hairdryer provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, and electric cooker, as well as free fast unlimited wireless broadband.

Guests receive a complimentary welcome breakfast pack with bread and a bottle of wine upon arrival. A free sample of Haggis, shortbread, oat cakes, and Irn Bru are also provided. Pick up at Glasgow airport or in the city centre can be arranged, subject to availability. The apartments offer free parking, secure access to the building, and are suitable for families and business visitors. Children are welcome, and a cot and high chair are available.
