Outside, there is a paved patio with a gas BBQ, a dining area, and a paddock for outdoor games. Guests can also make use of the Games Barn next door.

Bed linen, towels, and hairdryers are provided, along with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with prior arrangement. Guests are advised to bring their own dog bed, and dogs are not permitted upstairs, on the sofa, or beds. Parking is available for up to 4 cars, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
