The owners live nearby and will meet guests on arrival. The cottage exceeds current building regulation standards for insulation and sustainability, using local materials wherever possible. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value is required, with the balance due 60 days before travel. An Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 is also required. House rules include no smoking, parties, or events, keeping noise to a minimum, and allowing one well-behaved pet for an additional fee of £30.
