Guests can enjoy a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a dining room, and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. Outside, there is a lawned garden with a patio, hot tub, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars.
Amenities at Holly Farm Cottage include oil central heating, a multi-fuel stove, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. The cottage does not allow pets or smoking.
