Local activities such as water sports, golf, fishing, and horse riding are also available.

The cottage is well-equipped with a kitchen diner, lounge, utility room, wet room with WC on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Entertainment amenities include TVs, and families can request a cot and highchair. Outside, there is a large garden, play area, furniture, hot tub, and BBQ (deposit required), as well as ample parking and storage for bikes. Bed linen, tea towels, heating, and electricity are included, and supermarkets can deliver groceries. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited.

Guests will receive full travel and key collection instructions upon payment. The vacation home is located in Llandrindod Wells, close to attractions such as Builth Wells Golf Club, Mid Wales Shooting Centre, Gilfach Nature Reserve, and Shropshire Hills. Visitors can also explore Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground.
