Surrounded by farm animals, including cattle, sheep, ducks, and chickens, as well as plenty of Honeybees, guests can enjoy the tranquility of nature with only the sounds of birds singing and farm animals in the background. The cottage features two gardens, one with a dining area and the other with a summerhouse and BBQ area for guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Little Walterstone Farm, where the cottage is located, is nestled in the middle of Cefn Bryn, a common land perfect for outdoor activities such as walking, mountain biking, bird watching, and exploring the Gower Peninsula, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the UK. The farm is approximately 1.5 miles from the nearest beach, 2 miles from local pubs, and 2 miles from a grocery shop, offering convenience for guests looking to explore the surrounding area. The Old Mill Cottage boasts two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and dining space, with the option of a fold-out bed for an extra family member.

In addition to its rural setting, the cottage is also near Swansea Marina and Pennard Golf Course, providing opportunities for activities such as motor boating, surfing/body boarding, mountain biking, and horse riding.
