The farm is approximately 1.5 miles from the nearest beach, 2 miles from local pubs, and 2 miles from a grocery shop, offering convenience for guests looking to explore the surrounding area. The Old Mill Cottage boasts two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and dining space, with the option of a fold-out bed for an extra family member.
In addition to its rural setting, the cottage is also near Swansea Marina and Pennard Golf Course, providing opportunities for activities such as motor boating, surfing/body boarding, mountain biking, and horse riding.
