The property features a double and a 4' double bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms, as well as a kitchen/diner and a first-floor living/dining room. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking and a lovely lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The cottage is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs with a £20 pet supplement charge per pet.

Amenities at the cottage include electric central heating, an electric oven/grill with a 2-ring hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, and fuel and power are included in the rent. Guests are welcome to use the tennis court on the property, but must wear the correct tennis shoes. Due to steep stairs, the property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, and pets must be kept on a lead when outside due to the working farm location. The cottage accepts a minimum of 3-night bookings.
