The cabin includes a living/dining/kitchen/sleeping area with a ladder leading to a loft with a second double bed, as well as a shower room. Kitchen amenities include a fridge and oven, while outside there is a decked area with furniture, ample parking, and ½ mile of fishing rights on the river. Bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are provided, along with mountain bike hire and supermarket deliveries. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted.

The property enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards noise disturbance and parties due to its village location. Guests can relax in the private electric hot tub and make use of the WiFi provided.
