Situated on an organic farm, guests have access to woodland, trails, and a river, making it an ideal base for exploring the National Park. Nearby attractions include waterfalls, caves, the River Usk, and stunning scenery, with opportunities for fishing on the farm and mountain bike hire. The cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 older children, with a king bed and a double bed in the loft, as well as a shower room and a living/dining/kitchen/sleeping area.

The Mallard features a decked area with furniture, ample parking, and ½ mile of fishing rights on the river. Guests can enjoy the electric hot tub, bed linen and towels are provided, and heating and electricity are included. There is a zero-tolerance policy for noise disturbance and parties due to the village location, and pets are allowed with an additional fee. The property is not suitable for young children, and smoking is not permitted. Supermarkets deliver to the cabin, and WiFi is available for guests.
