Located in Brecon, Glamorgan, Wales, The Mallard is a unique glamping cabin inspired by a railway carriage, perfect for a romantic retreat in the tranquil Brecon Beacons. Situated on an organic farm with access to woodland, trails, and a river, this cabin is ideal for exploring the National Park. Guests can enjoy walks to waterfalls, caves, the River Usk, and stunning scenery, as well as fishing on the farm or renting mountain bikes for further exploration. The cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 older children, with a king bed and a double bed in the loft.

The living/dining/kitchen/sleeping area features a ladder leading to the loft with the second bed, as well as a shower room. The kitchen includes a fridge and oven, and outside there is a decked area with furniture, ample parking, and extensive farmland to explore. Guests also have access to ½ mile of fishing rights on the river. The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise disturbance and parties due to its village location, and pets are allowed for an additional fee.

The property does not allow smoking and is not suitable for young children.
