The Flying Scotsman is a charming glamping cabin located in Crai, Glamorgan, Wales, offering a peaceful and romantic retreat in the Brecon Beacons. Inspired by a railway carriage, this cabin is set on an organic farm with access to woodland, trails, and a river, making it an ideal base for exploring the National Park. Guests can enjoy walks to waterfalls, caves, the River Usk, and stunning scenery, as well as fishing on the farm or renting mountain bikes for further exploration. The cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 older children, with a double bed in the main area and a second double bed in the loft accessed by a ladder.

The cabin features a living/dining/kitchen/sleeping area, a shower room, and outside decked area with furniture, surrounded by extensive farmland to explore. Amenities include a fridge, oven, bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, and WiFi. Guests can also enjoy an electric hot tub on the property. However, there is a zero tolerance policy for noise disturbance and parties due to the village location. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property.

Located 7 miles from Brecon, with the nearest pubs and shops 3 miles away, The Flying Scotsman offers a tranquil escape with easy access to amenities and attractions in the area. Supermarkets can deliver groceries, and guests can arrange for mountain bike hire from the farm. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided to guests upon receipt of full payment. Nearby attractions include Llandovery Castle, Ely Tower, Brecon Beacons National Park, Craig-y-Nos Country Park, Sbri Cymru Ltd, and National Showcaves Centre for Wales.
