The cottage also has a small outside garden area and a large forested area for guests to explore.

The cottage is located near the Kenly Burn, only a mile from the sea and 2.5 miles from a sandy beach. St Andrews, famous for its golf courses, is just a short drive away, as are other nearby attractions such as East Neuk, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. Guests can find supermarkets and petrol stations in St Andrews, while restaurants and bars are also available in the town. Nearby beaches like Kingsbarns offer great opportunities for walks, and public transport options into St Andrews are easily accessible.

Guests will have full access to the property, including wifi, TV, and cooking implements. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival, and guests can contact the host during office hours for any assistance.
