The open plan layout on the ground level provides a great space for socialising, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, comfy seating, and a wood burning stove. The kitchen opens onto a private patio garden with seating areas and a barbecue.

The first floor of the villa features two large double bedrooms, a single room, and a shower room, while the second floor has another double bedroom, a twin room, and a brand new bathroom. The upper levels offer fantastic sea views, overlooking Anstruther harbour, the golf course, and Kellie Law. On street parking is available at the front and rear of the property. Anstruther and the surrounding villages are popular tourist destinations, offering coastal paths, watersports, local produce, and golf. St Andrews is a short drive away, while Edinburgh is just an hour's drive, making the East Neuk a great base for exploring Scotland.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and will be greeted upon arrival. The hosts are available for any assistance throughout the stay. A three-night minimum stay is required, and pets are not allowed on the premises. Nearby attractions include Swilken Bridge, Tantallon Castle, Craigtoun Country Park, and Billow Ness Beach. Scottish Fisheries Museum and La Petite Epicerie are also worth visiting in the area.
