Our Four Bedroom Eco-Home in Brighton, East Sussex, sleeps 9 people and is located near the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This spacious home features a large Kitchen/Living room with a pull-down Air Hockey table, perfect for family gatherings. The cozy projector Bedroom allows for movie nights with a large bean bag for comfort.

The lower floor of the home includes an open plan Kitchen/Living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The yard/garden area has decking for alfresco dining. The entrance floor has a shower and toilet room, a single bedroom with a spare mattress, and a large double Bedroom with a projector and speakers for movie nights. The top floor includes a Bathroom/Toilet with a bathtub, a small double Bedroom, and a large double Bedroom with a desk and views of Brighton.

Parking is permitted in the area at specific times, with space for 1 car on the driveway. The house has two sets of stairs for accessibility. Guests have access to the entire property but are asked to avoid socializing outside between 9.30pm-8am to respect neighbors. Parties are not allowed at the property, and guests are expected to treat the home and belongings with care.
