The caravan features a spacious open-plan layout, perfect for families to relax and dine together. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a large decking area for additional private space. The bedroom configuration includes a double room, 2 twin rooms, and a double pull-out sofa bed, providing ample sleeping space for guests. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in front of the caravan.

The lounge area is light and spacious with plenty of seating, and there is a separate dining area with comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen has ample worktop space and cupboard storage, as well as a full-size fridge freezer. The caravan includes 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is a shower room with a sink and toilet, as well as an additional en-suite toilet. The caravan is located just a 4-5 minute walk from the beach and a 1-2 minute walk from the entertainment center.

Please note that all facilities, restaurants, and shops will be closed from November 14th, 2022, to February 10th, 2023, for scheduled maintenance. Entertainment passes are not included with the stay and must be purchased separately for access to restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and other facilities after 5 pm. The caravan is not pet-friendly, and all bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds, as well as a cleaning pack. Nearby attractions include Rye Golf Club, 1066 Country Walk, Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, and Romney Sands Station. Guests can enjoy water adventures like fishing or outdoor activities like cycling in the area.
