The lodge features a swimming pool, open fire, and is conveniently located near the coast. The spacious living room has a large TV and plenty of seating, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite with shower, and a walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom has 2 sets of full-size single bunk beds.

The lodge offers stunning views of the river, fields, and wildlife such as sheep, swans, and ducks. A large wrap-around deck provides ample outdoor space for relaxation and dining. The main family bathroom has a full bath with an overshower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Please note that all facilities, restaurants, and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 to 10th February 2023 for scheduled maintenance, which may cause disruptions to utilities.

Entertainment passes are not included in the stay and must be purchased separately to access restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and other facilities after 5 pm. The lodge is located in Rye, near the beach, offering easy access to activities such as fishing, cycling, and exploring the natural beauty of the area.
