The property is situated at the front of the Park, just a short stroll away from the beach. It boasts a comfortable lounge/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large gated decking area for outdoor dining. The caravan also has a private parking space directly outside, with additional space for a second car if needed.

The lounge is modern and cozy, with plenty of seating and a plasma TV with DVD and Freeview. The open plan kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for sociable cooking. The bedrooms include a master en-suite King room, a twin room, and a sofa bed in the living room. The main bathroom features a good-sized shower, toilet, and sink, with an additional single toilet in the en-suite.

Guests can enjoy easy access to the play area, beach, and entertainment facilities within a short walk from the caravan. However, please note that all facilities, restaurants, and shops will be closed for maintenance from November 14, 2022, to February 10, 2023. Entertainment passes are not included with the stay and must be purchased separately to access restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and other facilities after 5pm.

This mobile home is situated in Rye, near the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
