Tucked away down a quiet lane it offers tranquillity and relaxation in superbly renovated comfort all on one level. With historic Rye, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and Camber Sands a short drive away and the beach a twenty minute walk there is much to see and do from this great holiday base. Garden: Lawned to front and rear with decking and garden furniture. A gardener will visit to do maintenance work.

Notes: Please be aware that although the property is fenced and gated there are ditches which may be hazardous to small children. Small dogs welcome.
