The house is set within three quarters of an acre of enclosed gardens and includes a fenced, hard tennis court for guests to enjoy.
Guests will have exclusive access to the holiday home with no shared spaces. Linens and towels are provided for all guests listed on the booking. Quest Cottages, a local agent, manages the property on behalf of the owners and will send check-in and property details via email 1-2 weeks before arrival. Internet access details will also be supplied within the property.
Iden is a charming village with a pub and post office/general store within walking distance. The historic town of Rye, less than 3 miles away, offers winding lanes, a picturesque harbour, and sandy beaches at Camber Sands. Rye features excellent restaurants, a weekly Farmers market, and local shops including the renowned Rye pottery. Nearby attractions include Rye Castle Museum, Tenterden Museum, Rye Farm World, and South of England Rare Breeds Centre. East Hill Lift and Shipwreck and Coastal Heritage Centre are also popular sites to visit.
