The caravan is beautifully furnished to a high standard with a cosy and homely feel, featuring modern facilities and an open fire for warmth. It is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two pets with an additional charge. On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, bike hire, sports hall, arcades, show bar/restaurant, and children's entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, full-size fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, toaster, air fryer, mini oven, toasty maker, kettle, tabletop electric grill, and microwave. The living area includes a television with DVD player, DVDs, and board games. The caravan has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Additional sleeping space is provided by a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and toilet rolls are not provided, but a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, high chair, and travel cot are available upon request.

Outdoor seating/sun loungers are available for use, and on-site amenities include a laundrette, fish and chips, ice cream, takeaway pizza, restaurant/bar, and a shop. House rules include no smoking/vaping inside the caravan, house-trained pets allowed, and check-in/check-out times. The caravan is close to popular holiday destinations such as Bridlington, Hornsea, Filey, and Scarborough. The site is well-maintained to ensure guests have a perfect stay, with a damage/booking deposit required, refundable after checking the caravan.
