Raywell Hall does not accept group bookings, hen, or stag parties, and guests must call the park office at least three days before arrival to collect their Key Code for the lodge. The park offers extras such as early check-in, late check-out, luxury pamper packs, romance packs, and celebration packs for an additional fee. Bike hire is not available at this park, and a security deposit of £200 (or £100 for 1&2 bedroom lodges) is required 24 hours prior to arrival. The deposit is usually refunded within 7-10 working days if no damage occurs.
