The first floor features an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar, and a sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a private courtyard with furniture, making it a perfect retreat for a family or a small group of friends.

The cottage is equipped with amenities such as electric panel heaters, an electric induction hob, a combination microwave/oven/grill, a fridge, a freezer (available in the garage), a dishwasher, a TV with Freeview, WIFI, a DVD player, games, and a selection of books and DVDs.
