The Barn is a detached barn conversion located in Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire, in the heart of England. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms and features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. The cottage also includes an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a rear patio with outdoor furniture, making it a great holiday cottage for families looking to explore the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.

Amenities at The Barn include central heating with a Biomass boiler, water heated by LPG Gas, and a woodburning stove. The cottage also offers modern conveniences such as an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs with FreeSat, DVD player, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, and a selection of DVDs. Bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent, and a travel cot and highchair are available upon request. The property allows for three well-behaved dogs, but smoking is not permitted.

The North York Moors National Park, covering 554 square miles, offers a diverse landscape of moorland, dales, cliffs, and coves, making it a popular destination for walkers. The village of Burton Fleming, where The Barn is located, provides amenities such as an inn, butcher, and farm shop with a cafe. Just a short drive away are the seaside resorts of Filey and Bridlington, known for their beaches, promenades, and attractions.
