This charming cottage in York, East Riding of Yorkshire is located on the owner's farm and is one of five lovingly furnished former farm buildings. The Yorkshire Wolds scenery surrounding the cottage offers breathtaking views of rolling chalk hills and valleys, perfect for picnics, walkers, and cyclists. The area was a favorite of the famous artist David Hockney. The cottage is only 10 miles from the historic city of York, with attractions such as York Dungeons, Jorvik Viking Centre, National Railway Museum, and more.

The ground floor property features an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar dining area for four guests and a cozy living area with comfortable seating, TV, and an electric fire.
