Important information for guests includes ongoing building works at the park during September and October, with work carried out Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Guests are advised to follow detailed directions provided in the welcome email, as the postcode may not work in a sat nav. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required before arrival. The park does not provide cot mattresses, and stag or hen parties are not allowed. The park is family-focused, and guests are requested to keep noise levels down after 22:00.
