The property is one of four luxury retreats on the site, offering a driveway lined with pretty blossom trees in spring.
The barn boasts a warm and inviting living room with exposed wooden beams, underfloor heating, and a log-effect fireplace. Guests can relax on the sofas or enjoy the Smart TV. The country-style kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with a Rayburn, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can also order homemade bread and artisan pizzas for an additional fee.
The super-king-size bedroom features elegant décor and an en-suite with a shower and luxurious roll-top bath. Outside, guests have access to a south-facing garden with a private hot tub and a Kamando Joe BBQ. The owners offer concierge services such as painting and drawing classes, yoga sessions, and sourdough bread baking lessons.
Guests can offset carbon emissions from their trip for a small fee. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value, with the balance due 60 days before travel. An Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 is also required. House rules include no smoking/vaping, no parties, and keeping noise to a minimum. One well-behaved dog is permitted for an additional fee. The property is located in a rural area, with outdoor activities like hiking and cycling nearby.
