Group bookings, hen, or stag parties are not accepted at Raywell Hall, which is a family-oriented park. Guests are required to contact the park office at least 3 days before arrival to collect their lodge key code. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee, as well as luxury pamper packs and celebration packs. A security deposit is required for all lodge bookings, which can be paid online and is usually refunded within 7-10 working days if no damage occurs.
