It is a 200-yard walk across an 18-hole links golf course to the dog-friendly beach, ideal for swimming.

The property is well-equipped for families with young children, teenagers, or adults, but not suitable for wheelchair users. Dogs are welcome for an additional charge, as long as they are well-behaved and regularly de-fleaed. The bungalow has a large living room with a log fire, two double bedrooms, a triple room, and a bunk room. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided, and the kitchen is stocked with everyday staple items.
