Ysgubor Isaf is a semi-detached cottage located on a working livestock farm in Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn, Wales. The cottage can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms, including two ground floor double rooms, a king-size double room on the first floor, and a twin room that can be converted into a double upon request. There are also three en-suite bathrooms and a family wet room on the ground floor. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture, and the opportunity to see the owners' prize-winning livestock by prior arrangement.

Amenities at Ysgubor Isaf include underfloor heating on the ground floor, gas central heating on the first floor, an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The rental price includes fuel and power, as well as bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available upon request. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and there is no smoking allowed on the property. The cottage is wheelchair-friendly.
