The cottage features a lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a character stone fireplace with an electric fire, and French doors to the patio. The well-equipped kitchen includes a range style electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two ground floor bedrooms, a master super king size zip and link with an en suite shower room, and a further super king size zip and link bedroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, a double and a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin). A shower room with separate walking in shower completes the accommodation.

Outside, there is a private patio with a 4 person hot tub and a large enclosed lawn leading to the golf course with lakes. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course. A clubhouse with restaurant and gymnasium is available on-site, with private parking for six cars. The location is ideal for exploring the Welsh coast, with activities such as seaside walks, shopping, and visiting various attractions in the area.
