The cottage features a king-size double room and a twin room that can be converted into a super king-size bed upon request. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining space, and a cozy sitting area. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking, a patio with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ, as well as a shared lawn area.

The cottage boasts modern amenities such as underfloor heating with a Biomass boiler, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances like a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a Smart TV and WiFi. Guests can relax and unwind in the hot tub or gather around the communal fire pit area with stunning countryside views. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge, and a secure dog walking area is provided. The property does not have an electric vehicle charging point and charging from within the premises is not allowed.
