Gerlan is a charming terraced cottage in Aberbanc, near Newcastle Emlyn, Wales, that can accommodate up to three people in its two bedrooms - one double and one single. The cottage features a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, as well as a decked area with views over the countryside, making it a cozy base for exploring the surrounding area.

The amenities at Gerlan include electric storage heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, WiFi, and a small selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburner are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. One well-behaved dog is welcome at the cottage, and there is a shop and pub just one mile away. However, please note that the property is not suitable for campervans, transits, vans, pick-up trucks, or similar vehicles, and only one medium-sized car is allowed.
