The property features two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. Additional amenities include a family bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, sitting room with woodburner, and a large conservatory with dining area and comfy seating, as well as a second woodburner. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, a private patio with furniture and BBQ, a small lawn, and shared grounds with a large grassed area, play area, games barn, and fishing lakes.
The Farmhouse offers oil central heating with woodburners, an electric range oven, 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 52" TV with full Sky, DVD player, CD/radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel, power, and fuel for woodburners are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels). Other features include a cot, highchair, private hot tub, and shared use of a large lawned area with a children's play area and lake fishing (catch and release). Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the property does not allow smoking. The owner does not provide towels for hot tubs and does not accept stag, hen, or similar parties.
