The property is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive away from restaurants, a retail park, and the Liberty Stadium. Free parking is available directly outside the house on the roadside.

Upon entering the house, guests will find the first bedroom with a large sofa bed, double bed, bedside tables, open wardrobe, and dressing table. The living room at the back of the house features a sofa, chairs, and a large TV with Netflix, all recently decorated. Free Wi-Fi is also included. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, as well as coasters and mats for guests' use. A large family bathroom is located at the back of the house, adjacent to the kitchen and dining room.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including two double beds and one super king bed that can be split into two singles upon request. The spacious room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. The hosts are available for assistance between 9am and 10pm during guests' stay, but cannot offer support after 10pm. The vacation home is situated in the Landore neighborhood of Swansea, close to attractions such as Pennard Golf Course, Swansea Marina, Plantasia, and LC Swansea.
