Portpatrick is a popular holiday destination in Scotland, known for its beautiful harbour, open sea views, and charming old fishing harbor. The village offers a range of activities including lifeboat station, promenade, golf, cliff walks, and local shops, making it an ideal location for exploring South West Scotland.
The rocky coastline around Portpatrick provides opportunities for sea fishing and exploration, while nearby attractions like Logan Botanical Gardens, Mull of Galloway Lighthouse, and Dunskey Gardens offer further exploration. The village is also a great base for cycling and walking, with quiet local roads and routes suitable for all abilities. The Southern Upland Way footpath starts near the harbor, and mountain bike trails are available in the Galloway Forest Park. The property, Annapurna, is let weekly from Friday to Friday, with short breaks accepted throughout the year starting on a Friday. The property is located in Stranraer, close to Ringdoo Sands, Gkenwhan Gardens, Dunskey Garden, and Ardwell Gardens, offering a range of activities for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
