Upstairs are a twin and a double bedroom, each with a bathroom.
The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities such as a bean to cup coffee machine, Smart TV, DVD player, and WiFi. Guests receive a welcome pack with homemade brownies, basic supplies, and fresh flowers. The estate offers woodland paths and coastal walks, with three beaches on Loch Ryan to explore. Garden Cottage has extensive gardens with a croquet set, barbecue, trampoline, climbing frame, and a stream for children to play. Families can camp in the woods, and dogs are welcome to enjoy the walking paths.
The area around the estate is rich in wildlife, with opportunities to spot roe deer, hares, barn owls, woodpeckers, and red squirrels. The Blue Peter pub in Kirkcolm is a short walk away, and two dogs are welcome at the cottage for an additional fee. Stables Cottage nearby can accommodate an additional 4 guests, making it suitable for larger groups. The location is ideal for outdoor activities, with nearby trails and gardens to explore, as well as easy access to Cairnryan Port for further excursions.
